A descendant of William junior’s sister Mary Jane who has been researching the Mayo family history in Great Britian contacted me recently via the website. I am waiting in anticipation to verify the below information but decided to post for relatives wanting the full picture especially because some of the research indicates some conflicting information about the story of William and Sarah Mayo’s daughter Susan. It appears the research has been verified with source documents.
